SHIPPING RATES
UK: Shipping is a flat rate of £5 (1-3 business days) for UK customers. FREE SHIPPING if you spend £56 or more!
EU: Express International rate £11.00 (2 to 11 business days depending on location)
CANADA: Express International rate £16.00 (2 to 11 business days depending on location)
US: We are currently not shipping to the US, due to recent tariffs.

- We are working on shipping alternatives for the future to make it cheaper and more accessible to US & CA customers. Appreciate your understanding during our development phase!
- Returns for international orders (outside of UK) cannot be accepted.
- Please note that international packages to the US & CA may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Unfortunately, North Muse has no control over these charges.

We accept change of mind for products within 14 days of delivery (unused & unopened in original packaging). Postage to be paid by customer.
Please note - if you decide to exchange an product after 14 days of delivery or it has been used/opened we cannot accept the product and you will not meet the criteria for an exchange. The product will only be shipped back to you if you accept the shipping rates at your cost.

If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we're delighted to offer a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that the product remains unused and unopened.
Regrettably, refunds for used products can only be issued in the case of a faulty item.

Full refunds will be provided for orders canceled before dispatch.
For orders canceled after dispatch, a refund will be issued, but you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
