Shipping is a flat rate of £5 (1-3 business days) for UK customers.
FREE SHIPPING if order value is over £56.
EU
Express International rate £11.00 (2 to 11 business days depending on location)
USA & CANADA
Express International rate £16.00 (2 to 11 business days depending on location)

RETURNS
If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we're delighted to offer a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that the product remains unused and unopened.
Kindly return the unopened product in its original packaging, accompanied by a brief note explaining the reason for the return through our returns portal. Return shipping is at the customers expense. Once we receive the goods and QC check has been completed, your refund will be processed promptly.

Regrettably, refunds for used products can only be issued in the case of a faulty item.
Full refunds will be provided for orders canceled before dispatch. For orders canceled after dispatch, a refund will be issued, but you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. *Average dispatch times are between 1-12hrs, so please email hello@northmuse.uk asap if you are wanting to cancel your order before dispatch.
